Meet the Core Team

The Core Companies is a Santa Clara-based real estate development and construction firm. Core has peerless vision to reimagine under-utilized sites and deliver contemporary urban living experiences while navigating challenging entitlement processes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.  Core harnesses specialized expertise in the design and financing of urban infill residential development to meet often unaddressed housing needs for populations struggling to stay in their homes, including very low-income individuals, artists, people with special needs, seniors, and formerly-homeless veterans.
